Microsoft's tool included with Windows 10 and 11. Nothing to download.

  1. Press Ctrl + Windows + Q, or search for "Quick Assist" in the Start menu.
  2. Choose "Get help".
  3. Enter the 6 character security code we give you and allow screen sharing.

  1. Download AnyDesk from its official page and open it. No install needed.
  2. Send us the 9 or 10 digit number shown under "Your address".
  3. When our request appears, click "Accept".

TeamViewer's quick version for receiving help, no install needed.

  1. Download TeamViewer QuickSupport and open it.
  2. Send us the ID and password shown on screen.
  3. Accept the connection when prompted.
